Wains Adventure Tours is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our guides are trained, experienced, and familiar with all tour routes and destinations.

• All guests must follow the instructions of their tour guide at all times.
• Safety briefings will be provided before the commencement of any activity.
• Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or physical limitations that may affect their participation before the tour begins.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour.

Some tours may require a moderate level of physical fitness. Guests with the following conditions are advised to consult their physician before booking:

• Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
• Respiratory illnesses
• Recent surgeries or injuries
• Severe allergies (please notify us in advance)
• Pregnancy

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest whose health or condition may put themselves or others at risk.

While Wains Adventure Tours takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, participation in tours and activities involves inherent risks. By booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Wains Adventure Tours shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from a guest's failure to follow guide instructions or safety briefings.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during any tour or transfer.
• Wains Adventure Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
• Wains Adventure Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any tour for safety or operational reasons without prior notice.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in any tour or activity.
• Any guest who engages in disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful behaviour may be removed from the tour without a refund.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, vehicles, or property through negligence or misconduct.

By completing a booking with Wains Adventure Tours, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Safety Policy and Liability Disclaimer. These terms are in effect for all tours, airport transfers, and related services provided by Wains Adventure Tours.
