By accessing or using Wains Adventure Tours services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the tour. We recommend travel insurance.

4. Liability

Wains Adventure Tours acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or force majeure events.

5. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in booked tours. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern.

6. Changes to Terms

Wains Adventure Tours reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
